Jason Condrasky
Partner

Jason's practice emphasizes maximizing intellectual property value. With clients ranging from industry leaders, to start-ups, to sole inventors, Mr. Condrasky focuses his patent representation on developing portfolios with a cost-sensitive attention to preparation, counseling, and opinion matter details. He manages the prosecution of patent applications in a wide range of technical areas, counsels on enforcement and licensing of patent rights, and works closely with clients to develop uniquely suited intellectual property fences around their inventions to achieve current goals and exploit future profitability.

His trademark practice is concentrated on screening new marks for selection, obtaining registrations, and counseling trademark infringement disputes.

Jason is a Partner with the firm and resides in Greensboro with his wife and three children. He is a member of the Nat Greene Kiwanis and has been actively involved in community organizations and educating local entrepreneurs on and off the golf course.

He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering and earned his Juris Doctor from the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire. While at Clemson, Jason was awarded a Co-op degree for his work experience as a bio-design engineer. During law school, Jason prepared and prosecuted patents for a leading food science diagnostic company in Boston, and participated in amicus briefing for intellectual property issues before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Condrasky is a member of the State Bar of North Carolina and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
